You may place orders 24hrs a day. Orders placed by 14:00 will be delivered the following day. 365 days a year
How long does it take from that I place an order online till it is delivered to me?
We strive to deliver as quickly as possible. Time varies depending on your location and how large the order is.
Within which area do you deliver?
In Dubai we deliver roughly between the area of a triangle Jebel Ali, Al Manara and Al Barari.
Why should I place order on the internet and not on the phone?
It reduces the risk of misunderstandings over the phone. Orders placed on the B2B platform will automatically generate an VAT Invoice.
Can I order online and pick it up at your store?
Yes, it is possible to place your order and pick it up from the restaurant, just click the “Pick up at Zest” on the check out page.
I can not place orders, there are no prices, no add to cart button and proceed to check out is not working, what is going wrong?
Clear your browsing history, login. Only registered customer can see prices, add to cart and proceed to check out.
What is VAT?
VAT or Value Added Tax, is a goods and services tax that is collected incrementally, based on the increase in value of a product or service at each stage of production or distribution.
How much is the VAT in the UAE?
VAT in the UAE is 5%, start from 1st of January 2018.
Why is VAT added to the price of the product?
As per the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. (8) of 2017, Zest Restaurant LLC will be subject to 5% VAT on its products effective 1 January 2018.
How will VAT impact me?
Apart from on items which are exempt from VAT (for example, transport and health care) a 5% tax will be added to the price of all products and services.
Can I claim the VAT back?
If you are purchasing for your business you may be able to claim back the VAT. Please check with the FTA for guidelines.
What is Zest’s VAT Registration Number (TRN)?
Zest Restaurant LLC is registered for VAT. Zest Restaurant LLC’s Tax Registration Number (TRN) is 100342181300003. Please note a proper VAT receipt will follow with the delivery.
I forgot my password to the profile, what can I do?
At the place where you login, there is an option of having a new password sent to you.
Is it possible to do white label branding on the products?
At Yes, it is possible. There is a minimum charge for putting labels onto the products. The best is to discuss with Zest directly on this topic. We recommend water resistance labels and the customer would need to supply the labels prior.
I would like to have my juice sweeter, what can I do?
You may request for honey to be put into your drink, but we never use any artificial sweeteners, sugar or artificial additives.
What is the shelf life of the products?
On the website under each product, there are important information, such as shelf life from production of the product, storage recommendations etc.

What are the opening times of the restaurant?
We are open daily from 07:00 in the morning to 22:00. Delivery is available from 07:00 to 21:30.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Should something go wrong with your order then please call 800ZEST (800 9378) and we will do our upmost to sort things out. Although your order is placed online there are many humans working behind the scenes so sometimes things do go wrong. You can also contact our head office on firstname.lastname@example.org
Who is responsible for the products?
As the products are made to order, the customers would be obliged to check the delivery prior to accepting it, as once it has been handed over then it is the customer’s responsibility to comply with health & safety guidelines.
