Why should I order from Zest?

Our concept is healthy food fast. Just because you may be short on time, doesn’t mean that your body should not have healthy food.


During which times can I order from the web site?

You may place orders from 07:00 in the morning till 21:30 in the evening. 365 days a year.

How long does it take from that I place an order online till it is delivered to me?

We strive to deliver as quickly as possible. Normally we make all deliveries between 45min to 1hr and 30min. Time varies depending on your location and how many orders are placed on the same time.

Within which area do you deliver?

In Dubai we deliver between the triangle Jebel Ali, Al Manara and Al Barari.

My office is in Business Bay, why don’t you deliver to there?

Our food is fresh. The temperatures in Dubai can be challenging so we need a shorter delivery distance in order to ensure that the high quality of the food is maintained.

How can I amend my order prior to have confirmed the order?

On the check out page there is a summary of your order, whereby you can change the quanity of an item by pressing + or -. There is also an x which deletes the item altogether from your basket.

I placed an order and then I changed my mind, what can I do?

If you placed an order and would like to add something or amend my order, please call 800ZEST (800 9378) immediately and let us amend your order.

I placed an order and I changed my mind, I no longer want the delivery, what should I do?

Since every order is made to order, If the food has not been produced yet, you may cancel your order by calling 800ZEST (800 9378). But if your food is already produced and maybe already on the way to you, we would ask you to pay for it as we cannot serve this food to anyone else.

I saw one product a few days ago and now I do not find that product on the web page, what can I do?

There is a search function on the home page whereby you can enter the key words for that product. Do bear in mind that we do add, delete or temporarily put products on hold. A few of Zest's products are based on seasonal ingredients and my temporarily be unavailable.

I am visiting Zest Restaurant in Miracle Residence, and I know you have certain products available, but I still can not find it on the web site to place an order, why?

Certain products are not suitable for delivery and we have choosen to have as wide range as possible but being practical of what can be delievered.

I am visiting Zest Restaurant in Miracle Resicence, and I know you have certain products available, but I still can not find it on the web site to place an order. If I agree to pick up the product from your store can I still order it on the website?

You may place an order on the website for the products available on the website. Then once you placed the order you may also call in and add additional items to the order and then pick up your food & drinks at Zest Restaurant. Alternatively place your order and then buy the additional items when you arrive at Zest Restaurant.

I am ordering from Zest every day, and I would like it to be easier to enter my order, how can I do that?

At present this functionality is not available, but we are reviewing it.

Why should I place order on the internet and not on the phone?

In case the phone line is busy, you can easily review your basket of what you order prior to placing the order.

Payments, how do I do with that?

At present we do offer COD (Cash on Delivery). We do trust that our loyal customers will honour the custom made orders that they are placing. Should it be misused, we reserve the right to refuse orders in the future.

Can I order online and pick it up at your store?

Yes, it is possible to place your order and pick it up from the restaurant, just click the "I will pick up my order at Zest" on the check out page.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, there is a minimum order of 50 AED.


What is VAT?

VAT or Value Added Tax, is a goods and services tax that is collected incrementally, based on the increase in value of a product or service at each stage of production or distribution.

How much is the VAT in the UAE?

VAT in the UAE is 5%, start from 1st of January 2018.

Why is VAT added to the price of the product?

As per the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. (8) of 2017, Zest Restaurant LLC will be subject to 5% VAT on its products effective 1 January 2018.

How will VAT impact me?

Apart from on items which are exempt from VAT (for example, transport and health care) a 5% tax will be added to the price of all products and services.

Can I claim the VAT back?

If you are purchasing for your business you may be able to claim back the VAT. Please check with the FTA for guidelines.

What is Zest’s VAT Registration Number (TRN)?

Zest Restaurant LLC is registered for VAT. Zest Restaurant LLC's Tax Registration Number (TRN) is 100342181300003. Please note a proper VAT receipt will follow with the delivery.

My profile

Why do I need to register?

There are several advantages to registering:
1. You do not need to fill in same information twice if you are ordering from us more than once.
2. We do not need to validate your order if it looks suspecious.
3. You may have several delivery locations set up -like, home, office, friend location etc.
4. You may order the same items repeatedly and it is then possible to repeat your orders from before.

I order from Zest while I am at work and I would like to order from Zest when I get home, how can I change the delivery address?

In your profile, you can set up both your work and your home address, when you do place the order please make sure that you do actually confirm the correct address on that order.

It's a lot of information to fill out in my profile, why do you want all this?

We have tried to make it simple for you to order. At the check out page you can place the order without filling out your profile page and we only require the bare minimum information to make it feasible to deliver to you. By having all the information in the profile filled out, it does make it easier for our delivery person to find your location. We do try to send the same delivery person to you if he has been there before.

Why do you need my email address?

In case you forgotten your password. We do provide the option of being informed of health benefits and new products, but should you opt for not receiving this information. There is an option of switching this off in your profile. We do not work with spam emails.

What information do you in my profile?

We hold your name, mobile number, email and address. We do not hold any credit card information

I forgot my password to the profile, what can I do?

At the place where you login, there is an option of having a new password sent to you.


I would like to have my juice sweeter, what can I do?

You may request for honey to be put into your drink, but we never use any artificial sweeteners, sugar or artificial additives.

Product Quality

How soon do I need to consume the food I order?

Our food is fresh so it should be consumed immediately. Make sure that the food is not left in temperatures where bacteria can grow.

What are the opening times of the restaurant?

We are open daily from 07:00 in the morning to 22:00. Delivery is available from 07:00 to 21:30.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Should something go wrong with your order then please call 800ZEST (800 9378) and we will do our upmost to sort things out. Although your order is placed online there are many humans working behind the scenes so sometimes things do go wrong. You can also contact our head office on
